This cider was fermented solely with Gold Rush apples, a late harvest fruit with a natural spicy sweetness all it’s own. Notes of citrus, ginger and wildflower honey offer a complex blend of flavors that balance the bright acidity. Fermented with fruit from Peter’s Orchards in Adams County, PA. ABV: 6.9%. Limited Edition Barnwood Reserve El Cruce Pineapple Barrel Aged Cider. Brown’s Orchards pressed juice fermented with a blend of spices and tons of diced pineapples. Aged 10 months in barrels previously called home by Añejo Tequila, you’ll find flavors crossing the divide between fruit, spice and oak. ABV 8.5%

This cider was fermented entirely with Northern Spy apples from Peters Orchards in Gardners, PA. An acidic cider that is both aromatic and bright, this offering was aged 10 months here on our farm and ages well if kept in a cool, dark place. Alc. 7.1% by Vol. | 500 ML
