Ingredients:
Olive Oil | 12 Six Inch Flour Tortillas | One Rotisserie Chicken; Shredded | 2 Tomatoes; Diced | ½ Cup Chopped Cilantro Leaves | Sliced Lettuce | Grated Cheddar Cheese | Guacamole | Sour Cream | 3 – 4 Green Onions; Chopped| 1 Lime; Sliced | Cumin (optional)
Directions:
Heat 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat. Heat flour tortillas on each side until crispy.
To assemble, divide chicken on heated flour tortillas, sprinkle with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, green onions and cilantro. Doble a spoon full of sour cream and guacamole. Sprinkle with cumin (optional), and squeeze some fresh lime juice on top.
