On Wednesday, June 3rd, we invite you to learn how to evaluate hop aromas through a hand-rub analysis with Head Brewer Irena Wise. WARNING: You will get dirty (well, at least your hands will). Knowing a hop varietal’s characteristics is a vital part when brewing for the best quality. Your sniffer will be tested!
During this workshop in the Pub Room, you will also learn the basic process of brewing beer and have the opportunity to taste all new Winding Path brews, along with enjoying some light hors d’oeuvres!
